Return & Exchange Policy
At Brighter Day Pigments, we take great pride in the quality of our hand-ground watercolors. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to arrange a return or exchange. All returned items must be in their original condition and packaging to be eligible. Shipping costs for returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was defective or damaged.
